Winemaking Information
After the year’s Amarone is racked into barrels, the base Valpolicella is added to the tanks. A second fermentation commences and lasts for ~15 days. The wine is then aged for two years in a mix of used tonneaux, barriques, and botte.

65% Corvina and Corvinone, 30% Rondinella, 5% Molinara & other varieties.
